Q. How do I get into programming mode?

A. Press and hold the “P” for 3 seconds.

PROGRAM will be displayed. Press the “P” key. CODE will be displayed.

From CODE type in 1724 then press the “P” key.

Display will show RECIPE. Press the “P” key and all product LEDs will light up and the display will read PRODUCT.

Q. How do I change the set temperature on my computer? 

A. With PRODUCT displayed, press the down arrow key.

SET TEMP will be displayed. Press the “P” key and SET TEMP will be displayed then the actual temperature will be shown. To change it, use the number keys and then press the “P”. SET TEMP will be displayed. Use the arrow up key until PRODUCT is displayed.

Q. How do I change the recipe settings?

A. With PRODUCT displayed, press the key you want to change then press the “P” key. ALL will be displayed.

From ALL being displayed press the “P” key.

TIME will be displayed then the actual time will come up XX:XX. To change the time, press TOGGLE/CLEAR to zero the time out then type in the new time. Press the “P” key.

ALMTIME 1 will be displayed then the actual time will come up XX:XX. To change the time, press TOGGLE/CLEAR to zero the time out then type in your new time. Press the “P” key.

ALMNAME 1 will be displayed then the actual name will come up. Using the arrow keys you can scroll through the library. Then press the “P” key.

HOLDTIME will be displayed then the actual time will come up XX:XX. To change the time, press TOGGLE/CLEAR to zero the time out then type in your new time. Then press the “P” key.

ALL will be displayed.

Q. How do I get out of programming?

A. To exit programming, press the up arrow key and the display will show EXIT. Then press the “P” key. The Display will show PRODUCT. At this time you can either press another key to program and follow the above programming instructions, or continue to exit by pressing the arrow up key. The display will show EXIT. Press the “P” key. The display will now show RECIPE. Press the arrow up key again and the display will show EXIT. Press the “P” key.

Q. When I Press a Key, the Timer Does Not Respond. What Can I Do?

A. If the key is not responding, there is a chance you may have a damaged keypad. Try to reset the computer by unplugging, and then as you plug the computer back in hold down the TOGGLE/CLEAR key. If the computer is still not working, it will need to be replaced.

Q. The Display is Showing PROBE. What Does That Mean?

A. PROBE means the temperature probe is either shorted or opened and needs to be replaced.

Q. My computer is showing PROBE. Can I still use it?

Yes you can by doing the following programming steps. Press and hold the “P” for 3 seconds.

PROGRAM will be displayed. Press the “P” key. CODE will be displayed.

From CODE type in 3228 then press the “P” key. SYSTEM will be displayed.

Press the “P” key. CTRLTYPE will be displayed then TEMPCTRL. Press the right arrow key. The display will change to TIMECTRL. Press the “P” key until SYSTEM is displayed. Press the up arrow key and display will read EXIT press the “P” key.

The Computer is now in Timer mode and no longer will look for a temperature input.

Q. How Do I Get Into Programming Mode?

A. With PROD in the display, press the key you want to change and then press ENTER. Your current time will be displayed. Press TOGGLE/CLEAR to zero out the time then use the number keys to set a new time. Press ENTER until the display reads PROD.

Q. How Do I Get Out of Programming Mode?

Q. When I Press a Key, the Computer Does Not Respond. What Can I Do?
